The partners of Armstrong, Shreeve, Landry have combined experience of over 60 years. Although our home base is in Salt Lake City, Utah, we work with businesses and individuals throughout the United States. Each member of our professional staff has extensive personal and professional experience.

Meet Our Team
TRAVIS SHREEVE
Certified Public Accountant
Travis (Shreeve) isn't the kind of accountant who likes to be crammed into the corner of a large, lonely office. Shreeve loves people and he loves his clients. He has been known to make unsolicited calls to clients just because he's excited for their latest success. He's professional when it comes to accounting details, but is like a small excitable child when he gets to see his clients succeed.
Shreeve is a graduate of BYU-Idaho and the University of Utah. He has a Masters Degree in Accounting and an Active Utah CPA license. Shreeve has worked with billion dollar companies and small home businesses. He knows his stuff.
Shreeve has over a decade of experience in accounting and is experienced in both audit and tax. He is an experienced small business consultant and has helped many organizations get started. Shreeve also specializes in Independent Accounting procedures for the Utah Film Commission Motion Picture Incentive Program.
ALLISON BLOOD
Certified Public Accountant
Allison is a graduate of the University of Utah with a Master's Degree in Accounting, with an emphasis in Taxation. Allison is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Utah. She has more than 10 years of experience in taxation for individuals and businesses, consolidations, and multi-state returns.

Allison enjoys spending time with her family, running, and consuming large quantities of cookie dough. You might also find her wearing safety goggles and wielding a pneumatic nail gun at 2 a.m. when she finds time to transform her home and give it a little character with her husband.
KARLEEN HARDING
Office Manager
Karleen grew up in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley in Montana. With a background in construction management and finance, Karleen has an eye for detail. She graduated from the University of Montana in 2009 and moved to Utah shortly thereafter. She joined the Shreeve Landry team in 2020 and enjoys everything about it.
Karleen and her husband love taking their two children on mini weekend adventures and have explored most of Utah and the surrounding areas. She also loves spending time cooking with her kids and husband.
CAROL TEJADA
Executive Assistant
​Carol is Peruvian and she loves Utah. She has never lived in any other state! She worked as a preschool teacher in her country. She loves dancing and also does some photography (newborns, families, maternity, landscapes...)
Carol moved to the US six years ago and has worked in accounting for two years, assisting with answering phones, scanning, doing data entry, making copies, and whatever else she can do to serve our clients and staff.
QUINCEY PHILLIPS
Staff Accountant
Quincey joined Shreeve Landry as an intern in the spring of 2021, since then she has graduated from Utah Valley University with a bachelor’s in Accounting and a minor in Business Management and started her master’s program at Western Governors University. She hopes to get her CPA license following her master’s and to continue to grow her knowledge in the accounting field. Her favorite thing about accounting is doing tax returns and the challenges that come with some of them.
Some things she enjoys when not working or at school are spending time with her husband, family members, and friends, going to Lake Powell, boating (especially surfing), watching movies, and playing with her new puppy Flynn!
TRAVIS LANDRY
Certified Public Accountant
Travis (Landry) has over a decade of experience in accounting and he enjoys learning the complexities that are associated with filing taxes for individuals and businesses. In 2009, he graduated with a Masters Degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation. Since then, he was shown the ropes and mentored by some of Utah's finest CPAs. Landry is also a certified public accountant (CPA) with experience in several different industries. When he's not doing taxes, he's busy consulting with the many small business clients that come our way.
Anybody who has ever been a client of Landry will tell you that he invests time in long-term relationships. His clients have long valued his concern for their business and their families. Landry has had positive experiences in tax planning, preparing budgets, and consulting with clients and values his ability to help clients.

HEATHER TOVAR
Senior Staff Accountant
Heather is originally from Utah but grew up in New Jersey and Massachusetts. She returned to her roots after attending some college and serving a religious mission in Chile. There she met her husband, who is from Peru, so she was fortunate to keep up her Spanish. They have 3 children, including a set of twins. She became a proud grandma in 2020 and is enjoying that role tremendously.
She received her associate's degree in accounting from LDS Business College in 2002, and after a small stint working for an accounting temp agency, she was hired by Armstrong & Company where she has worked for 18 years until the merger with Shreeve Landry this year. She was finally able to complete her Bachelor's program through Western Governor University in 2019. She is excited to be part of the Armstrong, Shreeve Landry team and looks forward to serving our clients to the best of her ability.
ROBYN CARTWRIGHT
Bookkeeper
Robyn has recently joined the Shreeve Landry team as a bookkeeper. She graduated from Brigham Young University in 2000. She has an eye for detail and organization and really enjoys what she does and is excited to be part of the Shreeve Landry team.

Robyn and her husband have 4 kids and a dog (who is part of the family, therefore, needs to be mentioned). They love camping, hiking, and exploring new places together. When at home, she loves reading a good book and usually enjoys cooking.
Mandy Taylor
Executive Assistant
Originally from Utah, Mandy spent time growing up in Colorado and South Dakota. She brings with her over 10 years of experience from her time as an events administrator in the hospitality industry. She joined Shreeve Landry in 2016 and loves the atmosphere they have created for their team and clients.

Mandy loves to spend time with her 3 kids and husband. She enjoys traveling with family and friends, reading, exercising, puzzles and going to the movies.
